SHIPPING

All online orders of in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. Our shipping is serviced by USPS within the continental USA. Contact us directly for special shipping instructions or expedited service and we will make special arrangements.

Free in-store pick up for all online purchases.

Flat rate $5 USD shipping fee on almost all items. All other small items such as buttons, cards or stickers will ship for $1 USD.

Free US Shipping on all orders over $75


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you will be happy with your purchase! However, if this is not the case, returns and/or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

RETURNS

We are happy to return an item within 15 days of delivery confirmation date. An item will only be eligible for a return if it is in the same condition in which you received it (original packaging, unworn/unused, etc). Essential Goods reserves the right to refuse any return if it does not adhere to these specifications.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete a return.

All sales are final on discounted merchandise.


EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange an item within 30 days of purchase date. An item will only be eligible for an exchange if it is in the same condition in which you received it (original packaging, unworn/unused, etc). Essential Goods reserves the right to refuse any exchange if it does not adhere to these specifications.

If you wish to exchange the item you purchased with another item, please send an email to: info@essentialgoodsks.com and we will figure out the details with you.

Please ship the item(s) you are wishing to exchange, following the “Shipping Your Return” guidelines below.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

The cost of shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will be withheld from the refund.

Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. Essential Goods is not responsible for such damage.

Please use a type of service with a tracking number so that you can verify the package has arrived.

Essential Goods is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received, the item(s) will be inspected to verify they are still in original condition.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed (minus the cost of return shipping) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
